Terms & Conditions
Yattralay (OPC) Private Limited operates founder-led curated group tours and pilgrimages. By submitting this booking form you agree to all terms and conditions listed here. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of the booking amount.
Payment must be made only to Yattralay (OPC) Private Limited's official bank account. Do not make any payment to individuals. For Tour 1: Booking Amount is Rs 10,000 per person (Non-Refundable). Balance to be paid before 15 April 2026. Cash payment requires a receipt.
Tour 1: Cancel 15+ days before departure - Booking Amount forfeited, balance refunded as 1-year Credit Note. Cancel within 15 days - full amount as 1-year Credit Note. Leave mid-tour - no refund. Cancellation must be in writing via Email or WhatsApp only.
Tours 2 & 3: Cancellation terms will be shared separately with the full brochure and personal confirmation.
Yattralay reserves the right to modify routes, stay, meals and schedule due to weather, road conditions, government orders or unforeseen circumstances. No refund for changes due to force majeure. Inclusions and exclusions are as stated in the respective tour brochure.
All travellers must carry valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar/Passport) throughout the journey. Health conditions must be disclosed at booking. Senior citizens and travellers with medical conditions must obtain a doctor's fitness certificate before the tour.
Yattralay is not responsible for any loss, theft, injury or illness during the tour. Travellers are advised to carry adequate personal insurance. The Company provides only basic first-aid support.
Photographs and videos taken during the tour may be used by Yattralay for social media, website and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please inform us in writing before the tour begins.
Personal information collected in this form is used solely for tour documentation and regulatory compliance. It is stored securely and not shared with third parties except as required by law.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
