These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website and booking-related interaction with YATTRALAY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.
1. Booking Request and Acceptance
Submitting a website form or payment does not by itself guarantee final acceptance unless confirmed by the Company. The Company may seek additional information, documents or verification before confirming a booking.
2. Traveller Responsibility
Travellers are responsible for providing correct personal information, accurate contact details and valid documents. Any delay, issue, denial or loss caused by incorrect, incomplete, expired or mismatched information remains the traveller's responsibility.
3. Documents and Verification
Uploaded documents must belong to the relevant traveller and must match the details provided in the booking. The Company may decline or keep a booking pending if documents are unclear, incomplete, inconsistent or unsuitable for processing.
4. Pricing and Taxes
Published prices, inclusions, exclusions, taxes, levies, permit costs or other charges may vary depending on the selected tour, occupancy type, supplier updates or regulatory requirements. Any final payable amount communicated by the Company shall govern the booking.
5. Payment Rules
Payments should be made only through official channels communicated by the Company. The Company may refuse responsibility for funds paid to unauthorized individuals or unofficial channels.
6. Tour Changes
The Company may revise itinerary sequence, transport mode, stay arrangement, visit timings or route plan when required by weather, safety, operations, availability, permits, authority directions or other practical circumstances.
7. Health and Fitness
Travellers must assess their own health, age suitability, mobility and medical readiness before booking. For high-altitude, pilgrimage or physically demanding journeys, medical advice and personal medicines are the traveller's responsibility.
8. Conduct and Compliance
Travellers are expected to follow group discipline, local regulations, safety guidance, timing instructions and religious-site decorum. The Company may take reasonable action where a traveller's conduct disrupts the group or creates safety or legal concerns.
9. Cancellation and Refund Reference
Cancellation, refund, adjustment or credit note handling is subject to the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy and any tour-specific terms communicated by the Company.
10. Limitation
The Company acts as organizer and coordinator of travel-related services. Liability, to the extent applicable, is limited by the nature of the booked service, third-party supplier constraints and applicable law.
