1. Booking & Payment
Booking and payment must be made only via Company's official bank account or official QR code. Do not pay to any personal account. Cash payments require a receipt. Company confirmation is required for valid booking. Save all receipts, messages and booking confirmations.
2. Booking Amount
Booking Amount is Non-Refundable. However, in case of cancellation as per the published policy, the Company provides a 1-year Credit Note valid from booking date or payment date. We provide Credit Note against Booking Amount and valid cancellation by following policy as mentioned in the respective tour brochure.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Written cancellation is mandatory. Verbal/phone cancellation is not accepted.
- Cancellation charges and refund structure are as per the policy mentioned in the respective tour brochure.
- Mid-tour exit for personal reasons: No refund.
4. Force Majeure
In case of weather, landslide, natural disaster, government restrictions or any situation beyond Company's control, program changes may be made. Safety is the priority. Any extra expenses will be shared among group members.
5. Health & Fitness
Senior citizens should consult a doctor before booking. Persons with BP, diabetes, asthma, heart problems or joint pain must carry personal medicine. The Company provides only basic medical support. Travellers with pre-existing conditions undertake the Yatra at their own risk.
6. Accommodation
Accommodation is arranged as per availability at each location. Quality and amenities may vary. Mountain area accommodation cannot be compared to city hotels.
7. Exclusions
Local transportation, temple entry tickets, VIP darshan, personal puja/abhishek, horse/palkhi/helicopter charges, personal expenses, and any items not specifically mentioned in the inclusions list are not included in the package.
8. Booking Terms
Seats are allotted on first come first served basis. Timely balance payment is required to confirm booking. Company will share pre-tour instructions, departure time and packing list before the tour.
9. Online Payment
Online payment is currently not active. Once your booking form is submitted, a Booking Voucher will be generated. You must transfer the Booking Amount to the Company's HDFC bank account and inform us via WhatsApp. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
