Darshan & Temple Entry

• No false promise of VIP Darshan is given at any temple.
• The Manager and support team will guide every Yatri with transparency and practical ground reality for the best possible Darshan.
• Temple authority rules, darshan queue system, timings, biometric systems and crowd control may change at any time.

Health & Safety

• This is a 29 Nights / 30 Days spiritual Yatra covering multiple regions of India.
• Every Yatri should be physically fit for long-distance travel, repeated check-in / check-out, darshan queues and Himalayan sector travel.
• Senior citizens and Yatris with BP, diabetes, asthma, heart issue, breathing issue, joint pain or regular medical condition must consult their doctor before booking and carry personal medicines.
• In an emergency, the company team will provide support and coordination to reach the nearest available hospital or medical facility.

Flight, Luggage & Local Transport

• All flight timings are subject to airline operation; delay, reschedule or cancellation by airline is beyond Organizer control.
• Any luggage above airline permitted limit must be paid by the Yatri directly at airport.
• In Himalayan routes, vehicles may run in non-AC mode on steep mountain roads for safety and local transport practice.
• In temple towns, smaller local vehicles may be used wherever narrow roads, crowd zones or barricades do not allow Innova movement.

Food & Dining

• Meals will be pure vegetarian only.
• Lunch may be arranged during travel at a hygienic local restaurant, hotel, food stop, as packed food, simple thali, temple prasadam or suitable local vegetarian meal depending on route conditions.
• Personal extra food, special food, packaged beverages, cafe food, sweets, medical diet or special room dining will be self-paid.

Cancellation Charges / Refund Policy

• Cancellation request must be given in writing by WhatsApp message or Email from the Yatri / Booking Person.
• Verbal cancellation on phone call will not be considered valid.
• The Booking Amount is non-refundable in cash or bank refund in case of cancellation.
• Against cancelled booking, the Booking Amount will be issued as a Credit Note with validity of 1 year from the original Booking Date.
• After booking confirmation: 5% of the total Yatra cost will be charged.
• 45 to 30 days before departure: 15% of the total Yatra cost will be charged.
• 29 to 14 days before departure: 30% of the total Yatra cost will be charged.
• 13 to 09 days before departure: 50% of the total Yatra cost will be charged.
• 08 to 04 days before departure: 80% of the total Yatra cost will be charged.
• 03 days or less before departure: 100% of the total Yatra cost will be non-refundable.

Force Majeure & Itinerary Modification

• The Yatra is subject to weather, traffic, road condition, flight operation, local authority rules, temple management rules, public movement, VIP movement and practical travel conditions.
• In situations beyond control, the Organizer may change, adjust, postpone, skip or rearrange any route, place, stay, darshan order or timing in the larger interest of safety and smooth completion.
• Operational changes will not be treated as service deficiency, breach or default by the Organizer.
• Extra hotel stay, transport, ticket rebooking, alternate route arrangement or emergency operational expenses due to uncontrollable situations may be chargeable extra on actual basis wherever not recoverable from service provider.

Medical Declaration & Self-Responsibility

• Every Yatri must inform the company in advance if they have any serious or regular medical condition.
• Hidden, undisclosed or incorrect medical information shall remain the sole responsibility of the Yatri.
• In mountain regions or long travel sectors, breathing discomfort, weakness, fatigue, delay or physical stress may happen. Yatris must participate with full personal understanding of pilgrimage travel.

Discipline, Behaviour & Booking Confirmation

• All Yatris must maintain respectful, cooperative and devotional behaviour throughout the Yatra.
• Any abusive, aggressive, insulting, intoxicated or repeatedly non-cooperative behaviour may lead to removal from the group without refund.
• Non-vegetarian food, alcohol, smoking and any activity disturbing the devotional nature of group Yatra is strictly discouraged during the journey.
• Booking is provisional until receipt of the required payment and written confirmation from the company side.
